At MyGroove, Red Bull’s music start-up with the vision to connect people through learning instruments, product design is an integral part of bringing highest impact user journeys to life. As a Product Designer you'll be responsible for an outstanding, fun, and intuitive experience that brings joy to every user. You will be part of the product team, collaborating with a team of talented designers that craft app, web, and product marketing experiences. We are a lean startup working in a hands-on, agile process using short iteration cycles with extensive team feedback on each iteration in order to deliver highest quality work.
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
Ideation
You’ll be supporting the ideation and creative process to derive new features and experiences based on user need, industry development, data, or stakeholder feedback. The exploration of different design options is a core aspect of this responsibility.
Development
You'll also be working closely with the product managers and the connected engineering team, you'll create end-to-end designs from ideation to the final Figma handover in a way that is efficient to use for our developers.
Design Optimization
As one of three product designers you'll review each other’s work, continuously review the product, and always aim for the best possible experience. What does best possible experience mean? For us, it means it’s easy to use, appealing to our audience, and speaks for itself without extensive explanation.
Design Review
In order to continuously validate the direction of our experience, an integral part of this role is staying up to date with the latest design do’s and don’ts with user data, and with the happenings in the wider industry.
Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.535 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
