A fast-growing early-stage startup in the real estate investment space is looking for a founding Product Designer to take full ownership of design for a new platform that combines community, transparency, and capital. You’ll lead design for a mobile-first, user-centric product that simplifies real estate investing and capital raising.

What You’ll Do

Own end-to-end product design across web and mobile (investor onboarding, deal marketplace, dashboards, and sponsor portal)

Translate complex compliance flows (KYC/AML, accreditation, e-signature) into simple and intuitive experiences

Conduct user research and usability testing to inform product direction

Build and maintain a scalable design system and establish brand guidelines

Collaborate closely with two non-technical co-founders and the founding engineer

Contribute to marketing materials, landing pages, and overall brand experience

Shape design culture and help define when to scale the team

What We’re Looking For

3–5+ years of experience in full-stack product design (UX research, interaction, and UI)

Strong portfolio demonstrating mobile and web work

Proficient in Figma (preferred), FigJam, and prototyping tools like Framer or Protopie

Experience designing MVPs or working as a founding/early-stage designer

Strong eye for detail, micro-interactions, and accessibility

Analytical and data-driven mindset with experience in product analytics and A/B testing

Clear communicator with low ego and strong collaboration skills
