We’re partnering with a well-funded, early-stage startup building a next-generation AI platform for real estate professionals. The platform automates end-to-end workflows—from contract creation and eSignatures to payments, compliance, and deal tracking. Backed by $6M in funding and a top-tier investor network, the team is now expanding its engineering leadership to design scalable AI and infrastructure systems.

🧠 The Opportunity

We’re looking for 1–3 Senior/Staff/Principal Engineers to work directly with the CTO and CEO to build the AI and infrastructure platform from scratch. This is a rare opportunity to shape product architecture, influence engineering culture, and have real ownership over AI-powered systems at a critical inflection point.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and launch AI/ML infrastructure and workflow automation features across the stack using modern frameworks.
• Collaborate on architecture, system design, and long-term scalability of AI pipelines and real-time ML services.
• Establish and manage CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and dev tooling for AI and backend systems.
• Contribute to defining engineering best practices, internal tooling, and team rituals.
• Make technical decisions that will shape the trajectory of the company and platform.

💡 What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including AI/ML or infrastructure systems.
• Expertise in React, Next.js, TypeScript, Node.js, with integration of AI/ML services.
• Experience with or exposure to Supabase, Vercel, and modern tools like Cursor IDE.
• Strong understanding of SaaS architecture, high-throughput pipelines, and payment/workflow systems.
• Comfortable in zero-to-one environments with high ambiguity and technical challenges.
• Bonus: Experience in proptech, fintech, AI/ML infrastructure, or compliance platforms.
• Must be U.S.-based (remote-first, with hubs in Miami, NYC, SF, or LA preferred).
