�� Founding Engineer - Full Stack | Web3 & Crypto | Remote (US/Canada) | $225K–$290K + 1–2% Equity

We’re looking for a Founding Engineer - Full Stack to take ownership of key product verticals, drive end-to-end development, and shape the future of a fast-growing Web3 platform. This role offers the chance to work on high-impact, scalable systems, collaborate with an experienced founding team, and influence product direction from day one.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead development of core product verticals and build scalable, high-performance systems.
• Integrate with major Web3 vendors and design intuitive user experiences.
• Collaborate with customers to refine features and guide product decisions.
• Drive iterative releases with a focus on code quality, reliability, and maintainability.

Who You Are:

• 4+ years of engineering experience, ideally in fast-paced startup environments.
• Strong full-stack development skills, backend-focused, with a product engineering mindset.
• Proficient in TypeScript and modern front-end frameworks (React/Next.js preferred).
• Experienced with APIs, integrations, RBAC, audit logging, and multi-tenant platforms.
• Self-starter with ownership mentality, adaptability, and a customer-first approach.
