Our client is looking to hire Director of Sales and Marketing who will be responsible for driving revenue growth, leading high-performing sales and marketing teams, and developing comprehensive strategies to acquire and retain customers. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in both B2B/B2C sales and integrated marketing.
Responsibilities
Sales Leadership
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performance sales team.
- Identify new market opportunities and build strategic partnerships.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to optimize pipeline efficiency and forecasting accuracy.
Marketing Strategy
- Oversee the development of integrated marketing plans including digital, content, product marketing, and demand generation.
- Align marketing campaigns with sales initiatives for maximum impact.
- Lead brand positioning, messaging, and market research efforts.
- Manage marketing budgets and evaluate performance using data and KPIs.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with product, customer success, and executive teams to ensure alignment on market needs and business goals.
- Support the launch of new products/services with coordinated sales and marketing efforts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing growth strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
