🚀 UX Designer – Innovation Team | €570/day | Contract until End of Year | Remote or Hybrid (Dublin)

Location: Remote (Ireland-based) or 1 day/week in Dublin office as needed
We're partnering with a global innovation and prototyping team that works directly with top-tier clients (including Fortune 500 companies) to build rapid prototypes, test-and-learn pilots, and high-impact design solutions across the full spectrum of commerce.
This is a contract role until the end of the year, paying €570/day, with an immediate start. You’ll join a fast-paced, agile team of creatives, developers, and facilitators delivering real innovation for real clients — working on design solutions that span mobile, web, and immersive digital experiences.
🔍 About the Role:
As a User Experience Designer, you’ll be:
- Collaborating closely with engineers, content producers, videographers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life
- Designing and delivering interactive prototypes, wireframes, sketches, and high-fidelity visuals
- Supporting short-term innovation events across Europe (travel up to 15–20%)
- Engaging in long-term design and UX testing engagements
- Turning client challenges into elegant design solutions under tight deadlines
✅ Key Requirements:
- 8+ years' experience in UX Design, ideally with a mobile focus
- Highly skilled in Figma and other prototyping tools
- Strong grasp of design thinking, user-centred methodologies, and rapid ideation
- Able to work fast and independently, while collaborating effectively across departments
- Experience presenting ideas clearly to clients and internal stakeholders
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, motion design, and graphic design
- Bonus: Background in financial services, bilingual, or startup/corporate hybrid experience
