What You’ll Do

• Own end-to-end delivery of LLM features from prototype to production
• Design and evolve a service-oriented architecture using NestJS and GraphQL
• Build frameworks to evaluate LLM quality, safety, and reliability
• Implement retrieval and RAG patterns for context-rich responses
• Productionize data flows using PostgreSQL and Redis
• Standardize multi-tenant voice AI provisioning with declarative config
• Ship observability with Langfuse, Datadog, Grafana, Sentry, and CloudWatch
• Optimize LLM cost, latency, and performance with tracing and fallbacks
• Manage CI/CD and rollouts via GitHub Actions and feature flags
• Collaborate with clinicians and product teams to ship high-impact features
• Ensure PHI protection and secure engineering across EHR integrations
• Lead strategies for prompt management, version control, and A/B testing of LLM outputs

You Have

• 5+ years of experience building production-grade software in modern TypeScript (NestJS, React, or similar frameworks)
• Proven experience shipping RAG pipelines and MCPs (Model Context Protocols) in production
• Strong understanding of LLM orchestration, prompt management, and model evaluation frameworks
• Solid foundation in service-oriented architecture, GraphQL APIs, and PostgreSQL data modeling
• Experience with retrieval systems, vector databases, and embedding workflows
• Deep familiarity with AWS infrastructure, CI/CD, and observability tooling (Datadog, Grafana, Langfuse, Sentry, etc.)
• Comfortable owning end-to-end delivery—from prototype to hardened production features
• Security-minded and capable of working with PHI and EHR integrations in regulated environments
• A bias for shipping fast, iterating with data, and collaborating directly with clinicians and product leaders
