As the company continues to expand, they are seeking an experienced Director of Marketing Operations to join their team. The selected candidate will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of marketing systems and processes that drive scalable growth. This role is responsible for marketing technology, performance analytics, campaign operations, and AI integration across the marketing function.
The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in B2B SaaS operations, a strong command of marketing analytics and systems, and fluency in leveraging artificial intelligence and automation to enhance speed, accuracy, and marketing impact. This position reports directly to the Vice President of Marketing and offers the flexibility of a fully remote work environment within the U.S.
What YOU get to DO at this growing company:
- Oversee the marketing technology stack (SFDC, Marketo, 6Sense, and related tools), continuously evaluating and integrating AI-powered platforms to improve automation, segmentation, lead scoring, and personalization.
- Lead data management practices to ensure clean, reliable, and actionable customer and prospect data, establishing robust governance standards and maintaining system integrity with cross-functional teams.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive reporting framework aligned to business objectives, defining KPIs, building executive dashboards, and delivering actionable insights on marketing effectiveness, channel performance, and pipeline contribution.
- Champion the use of AI to streamline manual processes, reduce operational overhead, and enable real-time decision-making, including AI-generated analytics, predictive scoring models, and campaign optimization.
- Identify opportunities to simplify and optimize marketing workflows to improve execution speed and operational reliability across campaigns, programs, and lifecycle stages.
- Manage the marketing operations budget to ensure alignment with strategic priorities and deliver measurable ROI on tools, programs, and headcount.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end alignment on lead management, campaign execution, and reporting.
What you NEED to SUCCEED in this challenging role:
- 7–10 years of progressive experience in Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations, including at least 3 years in high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
- 5+ years as a people manager, with the ability to lead, mentor, and scale high-performing teams.
- Proven success in owning and evolving marketing systems and analytics infrastructure.
- Strong background in campaign reporting, funnel analytics, attribution modeling, and ROI analysis.
- Demonstrated experience implementing AI tools within marketing workflows (e.g., ChatGPT, Clay, Clearbit, MadKudu, Jasper, or equivalent).
- Expertise with Marketo, Salesforce, and related MarTech tools.
- Strategic and analytical mindset paired with operational rigor and execution discipline.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience partnering with executive leadership.
- Experience managing budgets and scaling teams in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
