A fast-growing SaaS company in the employee advocacy and social influence space is hiring a Marketing Executive focused on social-first video content, podcast production and content-led demand generation.
This is a hands-on opportunity for a creative marketer who understands how modern B2B content works across LinkedIn, YouTube, short-form video and employee-led social media.
The business works with ambitious enterprise marketing, communications, employer brand and sales teams, helping them amplify employee voices and build trust through social channels.
Video is becoming a major growth channel for the company, and they’re looking for someone who can help scale content output, create engaging social-first assets and contribute ideas that generate meaningful inbound interest.
This is not a pure editing role. They’re looking for a marketer with strong video skills and strong social instincts.
What You’ll Be Doing
Create social-first video content
Produce and repurpose podcast content
Support social media and employee advocacy activity
Use AI to improve workflows
What They’re Looking For
B2B SaaS experience is preferred but not essential. Candidates from creator-led, B2C social or content-first environments are also encouraged to apply if they can demonstrate strong creative instincts and the ability to learn quickly.

You won’t be expected to know every tool already, but you should be comfortable learning quickly.
