A fast-growing SaaS company in the employee advocacy and social influence space is hiring a Marketing Executive focused on social-first video content, podcast production and content-led demand generation.

This is a hands-on opportunity for a creative marketer who understands how modern B2B content works across LinkedIn, YouTube, short-form video and employee-led social media.

The business works with ambitious enterprise marketing, communications, employer brand and sales teams, helping them amplify employee voices and build trust through social channels.

Video is becoming a major growth channel for the company, and they’re looking for someone who can help scale content output, create engaging social-first assets and contribute ideas that generate meaningful inbound interest.

This is not a pure editing role. They’re looking for a marketer with strong video skills and strong social instincts.

What You’ll Be Doing

Create social-first video content

• Create original video content for LinkedIn, YouTube and short-form social channels
• Repurpose long-form content into engaging clips and platform-native assets
• Produce content around product updates, customer stories, educational topics, campaigns and wider business initiatives
• Test hooks, formats, trends and creative approaches across channels
• Contribute ideas proactively around content, creators, AI, social trends and audience engagement

Produce and repurpose podcast content

• Own the post-production workflow for the company podcast
• Edit full episodes and create trailers, clips, Shorts and promotional assets
• Create supporting titles, captions, descriptions, thumbnails and social copy
• Help maximise the reach and lifecycle of every episode across multiple channels

Support social media and employee advocacy activity

• Help manage content publishing across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
• Write captions and social copy
• Monitor comments, engagement and performance
• Support internal employee advocacy initiatives with shareable content and supporting creative assets
• Help analyse which formats and topics are generating meaningful engagement and inbound interest

Use AI to improve workflows

• Use AI tools to support ideation, scripting, editing, repurposing, reporting and research
• Combine AI efficiency with strong human judgement and commercial thinking

What They’re Looking For

• Around 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Experience creating social-first video content
• Comfortable editing video and creating polished content assets
• Strong copywriting and social media instincts
• Curious about marketing, AI, social trends and modern B2B buying behaviour
• Organised, proactive, and commercially aware
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Interested in content performance and inbound impact, not just aesthetics

B2B SaaS experience is preferred but not essential. Candidates from creator-led, B2C social or content-first environments are also encouraged to apply if they can demonstrate strong creative instincts and the ability to learn quickly.

You won’t be expected to know every tool already, but you should be comfortable learning quickly.
