As the Recruitment Marketing and Community Manager, you’ll grow and maintain high levels of engagement via thumb-stopping social content with talent communities across the region.

My client is a unique affiliate marketing & network referring platform founded in The Philippines. They upskill Filipino’s and enable anyone with a social media footprint to monetize their networks.
You will be the driving force of the vision which is ensuring the message is delivered and everyone out there gets the opportunity to hear it.
This position is to grow brand awareness and user base via your own networking, connections, eye catching social media content and marketing strategies.
The role:
· Grow brand awareness across social media and build specific groups to attract and communicate with new / existing users.
· Be the head of the engagement strategy.
· Implement strategic recruitment / targeted marketing strategies and advise and manage the communication and engagement roadpmap.
· Bring a blended approach of marketing & talent sourcing [indirectly]
· Continually create thumb stopping content that catches the attention of scrollers.
· Engage with and attract new users, based on demographics.
· Manage the segmentation and pooling based on industry / function to ensure more relevant communication to each pool / segment.
· Work with PR, marketing and others to improve engagement and coms via email marketing.
· Be a brainstormer. Be creative. Working with the CEO and key advisors, you will play a key role in strategic and growth planning.
· Grow the user base in The Philippines. Then strategically across different target international markets.
· Storyboard, lead and shoot creative ideas for social in line with brand strategy and guidelines, creating memorable content that gets people talking
