Rebel Marketing is a dynamic digital marketing agency based in Los Angeles. We're seeking a highly talented Graphic & Web Designer to join our energetic, remote global team, working in the Pacific Time Zone (PST).

Position Overview:
As our Graphic & Web Designer, you'll play a key role in crafting visually compelling designs across web and digital platforms, including e-commerce websites, social media, digital advertisements, and agency materials. You’ll collaborate closely with our creative team, developers, and marketing strategists to produce brand-aligned visuals that convert and captivate.
This is a full-time remote position, with working hours aligned to Pacific Time (PST).
What You'll Do Here:
- Design visually stunning and user-friendly e-commerce websites tailored to our luxury and fashion clients.
- Create captivating graphics for social media campaigns, digital ads, and marketing collateral.
- Produce engaging video content, including editing and animation for social media and advertising campaigns.
- Retouch and enhance product and campaign photography to meet high visual standards.
- Conceptualize and execute creative email marketing designs, banners, and promotional visuals.
- Develop ad creatives using cutting-edge tools and AI-driven technologies to stay ahead of visual trends.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive visual narratives across platforms.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in graphic and website design, ideally in e-commerce, fashion, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong portfolio showcasing e-commerce website designs, UX/UI sensibility, and digital marketing assets.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience in video editing and familiarity with video production tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).
- Familiarity with modern web design tools and practices (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, responsive design, wireframing).
- Experience using AI creative tools and awareness of current digital design trends and innovations.
- Strong visual aesthetic, creativity, and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a proactive, ownership mindset.
- Fluent English proficiency (spoken and written); excellent communication skills.
- A degree in Design, Fine Arts, Applied Arts, or a related field is preferred but not required.
