Role Overview: We’re on the hunt for a remote Graphic Design, Photo & Video Editing powerhouse to serve as our in-house creative lead. This is more than a production role — it’s about building the visual language of Rebel Bro and leading design across everything we create: Meta ad creatives, TikTok assets, product shots, landing pages, stories, email headers, reels, packaging, and more. If you live and breathe design and you can translate a bold brand voice into content that converts, captivates, and commands attention — we want you.
What You'll Do:
Lead Creative Design Across All Channels
- Design high-performing Meta ad creatives (static and motion) that drive DTC performance.
- Own visual creation for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and email content
- Create brand-aligned assets for web, mobile, packaging, product pages, and banners.
- Edit and retouch photos for lifestyle shoots, UGC, and product content
- Edit short-form video (Reels/TikToks/Ads) with trend-aware, thumb-stopping execution.
Brand Voice Translation
- Capture and amplify Rebel Bro’s visual tone — unapologetic, bold, confident.
- Ensure all creative feels cohesive, disruptive, and distinctly Rebel Bro.
- Work with CEO and marketing to evolve the visual identity and creative strategy.
Creative Management
- Maintain a system for asset management, templates, and brand files.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and web dev teams to execute campaigns.
- Provide creative direction for freelancers and content creators (as we scale).
You Might Be a Fit If You:
- Have 3+ years experience in design for DTC eCommerce or lifestyle brands.
- Are fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, and video editing tools (Premiere, CapCut, After Effects, etc.)
- Know what hits and flops in Meta/TikTok/IG ads — and you love testing creatives.
- Understand color theory, layout, typography, and modern brand systems.
- Are fast, detail-obsessed, and obsessed with getting the vibe just right.
- Can work independently, take feedback like a champ, and meet deadlines with confidence.
Bonus Points If You:
- Have experience in fashion, fitness, kids apparel, or edgy lifestyle brands.
- Know your way around UGC storytelling and visual content for influencer campaigns.
- Love finding ways to push design boundaries within performance goals.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
