We need an excellent Digital Marketing Specialist
As a member of our digital marketing team, you will be at the forefront of ReapDigital’s global expansion and play a critical role in helping our customers succeed. Our Digital Marketing Specialists are critical to our customers' success and will be required to work independently as well as with a variety of cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
What You’ll Do:
· Maintain an in-depth understanding of clients' goals business requirements, products, and markets
· Run multi-channel campaign strategies across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.
· Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other data platforms to gather insights and assess campaign performance
· Use A/B testing and user journey tracking to optimize user experience and maximize conversions
· Work cross-functionally with internal and external teams to develop and implement digital marketing strategies
· Conduct regular reviews of clients’ and their competitors’ online presence and activities
· Produce reports on marketing and performance metrics and present them to clients,
· Manage and optimize SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase traffic
· Experiment with new tools and techniques to provide innovative experiences to clients,
· Stay on top of the latest digital marketing trends and provide ideas on how these could be used to benefit clients.
What You’ll Need:
· Bachelor's Degree or Professional Qualification in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field,
· 3-4 years of experience in a similar role - experience in a digital marketing agency would be an added advantage,
· Relentless problem-solving skills and the ability to assess and resolve complex challenges for a variety of client needs,
· Strong analytical skills: You can break down a complex problem into smaller pieces, present and communicate it clearly,
· In-depth knowledge of digital marketing & related technologies - web analytics and social media,
· Ability to handle and prioritise multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail,
· Ability to create professional-quality reports,
· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts to clients effectively,
