The Lead 3D/Web Software Engineer will have expertise in 3D computer graphics, JavaScript development, and Three.js to lead the development of interactive, vehicle customization technologies. Core Functions

Technical Leadership

Lead the design and development of a 3D visualization tool that allows users to configure their vehicle with accessories.
Architect and maintain scalable, performant solutions using JavaScript, Three.js, WebGL, and React.

Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and technical documentation.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
7+ years of professional software development experience and 2+ years in a lead role.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and experience with Three.js.
Demonstrated experience leading teams in building interactive 3D applications.
Strong understanding of 3D computer graphics with a focus in rendering and asset optimization pipelines.
Familiarity with CAD integration, parametric modeling, or product visualization systems.
Experience with modern front-end frameworks (React).

Supervisor Responsibilities
