SENIOR PRINCIPAL ENGINEER
General Function / Summary_:
_The Principal Software Engineer serves as a senior technical leader focused on driving the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of SmartPay Leasing’s development and operations infrastructure. This role blends hands-on engineering with strategic oversight, guiding DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and system observability. As a cross-functional partner to Engineering, Product, and Security teams, the Principal Engineer ensures our platforms are stable, performant, and built to scale. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for automating complexity to accelerate delivery and improve system resilience.

_Salary Range: $120,000- $150,000 Annually
