Are you an experienced Pipedrive CRM Developer looking for an exciting opportunity to implement and optimize CRM solutions? We are seeking a skilled professional with 3+ years of hands-on experience in Pipedrive CRM implementation, customization, and customer onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, customize, and optimize Pipedrive CRM to meet business needs.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and configure the CRM accordingly.
- Develop and integrate automation workflows, custom fields, and reporting dashboards.
- Provide end-to-end support for customers, from initial setup to full adoption of Pipedrive.
- Troubleshoot CRM-related issues and ensure seamless system performance.
- Train and guide users on best practices for maximizing CRM efficiency.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align CRM functionalities with business goals.
- Stay updated on the latest Pipedrive features, integrations, and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in implementing and managing Pipedrive CRM.
- Strong knowledge of CRM automation, API integrations, and workflow automation.
- Experience working directly with customers to provide onboarding and technical support.
- Familiarity with third-party integrations (Zapier, Make, etc.).
- Understanding of sales pipelines, lead management, and CRM best practices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve CRM-related technical issues.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with coding for custom integrations.
- Previous experience working in SaaS, Sales, or Marketing operations.
- Knowledge of database structures and reporting tools.
- Understanding of Pipedrive CRM dependencies, including:
- Database Management: Experience with SQL and cloud-based databases.
- Hosting & Infrastructure: Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for CRM hosting and scalability.
- Security & Compliance: Knowledge of data protection, GDPR compliance, and CRM security best practices.
- Integration Tools: Proficiency in connecting Pipedrive with Quickbooks
