Role Description The Digital Marketing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram. This role involves planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and other online channels to promote the company’s services and strengthen brand visibility. Responsibilities include creating and managing engaging content for websites and social media, monitoring web analytics and campaign performance, and optimizing digital strategies based on data and trends. The Digital Marketing Executive will collaborate with internal teams to align marketing activities with business objectives, manage online reputation, and support lead generation and candidate engagement initiatives.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Marketing and Social Media Marketing skills to plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to create clear, engaging messages and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Web Content Writing abilities to develop compelling website copy, blog posts, and social media content.
• Candidates should possess Web Analytics skills to track, interpret, and report on campaign performance and user behavior.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva or similar) is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
