Our client is seeking a Founding Data Science Engineer, Evidence Modeling, to join our client's team on a permanent basis. This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role at an early stage, shaping data-driven products and approaches to evidence modeling while collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders. As a founding member, you will help define technical direction, build core capabilities, and establish best practices that will underpin our client's long-term success.

• Founding Engineer Mindset - As a founding data science engineer, you'll be comfortable working in a fast-moving environment, making architectural decisions, and building the initial data and modeling foundations that can scale with our client's growth.
• Evidence Modeling Focus - You will concentrate on modeling evidence and data, structuring information in ways that make it actionable, reliable, and useful for decision-making across our client's team.
