About the project

We are looking for Backend Java Developers to join an international team working on a strategic modernization initiative in the identity and account management domain. The goal is to improve account hierarchy and synchronization across systems, address duplicate account issues from CRM integrations, and support the transition from legacy platforms towards a next-generation Account Manager. This project is business-critical and runs until the end of this year, offering the opportunity to deliver visible results in a short timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement backend services in Java Spring Boot.
• Modernize account hierarchy and synchronization across enterprise systems.
• Integrate with CRM and identity platforms to resolve duplication issues.
• Support migration from legacy components (JBoss/Wildfly) to modern solutions.
• Collaborate with architects and product teams in an agile environment.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience with JBoss/Wildfly or other legacy application servers (nice to have).
• Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts.
• Understanding of permission models (RBAC/ABAC).
• Experience with enterprise integrations (CRM, identity platforms, portals).
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a distributed team.
