We are looking for a seasoned proffessional to join our clients team.
What you'll do:
Develop and oversee the comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategy for Small,
Medium and Enterprise customers, directing your team to execute campaigns that drive customer activation, engagement, growth and retention
globally.
Lead strategy development and provide direction to your team on customer
segmentation, campaign positioning, and messaging based on customer and competitor
insights.
Partner with global commercial and product marketing teams to ensure marketing
strategies are grounded in customer needs and market opportunities.
Oversee campaign execution from strategy through deployment, including timeline
and budget management, while your team handles day-to-day creative development
and execution.
Analyse campaign performance data and customer feedback to
continuously optimise strategies and provide coaching to your team on performance
insights.
Support organisational change management to drive adoption of new campaigns
and processes across your team and cross-functional partners.
Mentor and develop your direct reports on best practices, strategic thinking, and
campaign execution.
Ensure all activities comply with brand guidelines, legal and data protection
requirements.
Provide strategic input on marketing automation systems and processes to improve
What we are looking for:
10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including campaign management in a SaaS
or enterprise software company.
Demonstrated leadership experience managing marketing teams and/or initiatives.
Strategic mindset with curiosity and creativity.
Ability to adapt quickly to change and thrive in ambiguity.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple
priorities independently.
Excellent communicator with the ability to articulate messages clearly to diverse
audiences.
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills.
Native English fluency with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Collaborative team player who inspires others with a positive attitude and empathy.
