About the Role

The Senior Software Engineer will be building products and infrastructure to support cutting-edge document processing and agentic workflows. Your work will used to streamline compliance at scale for healthcare companies nationwide. As an early member of the team, you'll have an important role in directing the product and technical approach and work closely with the founders to build a robust platform that has meaningful impact in healthcare.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in full-stack or backend software engineering
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including version control, CI/CD, and scalable system design
• Expertise in modern frameworks and tooling (Serverless computing, TypeScript, React, Node.js, Next.js)
• Led complex projects, either as an IC or hands-on team lead
• Greenfield project experience from ideation to production
• Experience with headless browsers, RPA and related automation tooling is a strong plus
• Previous startup experience is a strong plus
