We are looking to fill a Marketing Manager position responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives to promote Reach Surgical products. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, market analysis, and creativity to effectively position our brand and drive sales. The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in medical device marketing, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for making a positive impact on patient care.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to support the launch and promotion of medical device products in the local market, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market demands.
- Establish the company's presence in key exhibitions and annual conferences to increase the brand awareness.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, market trends, and competitive insights. Utilize data-driven approaches to make strategic decisions.
- Engagement with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and medical associations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is desirable.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical device marketing, with a proven track record of successful product launches and driving revenue growth.
- In-depth knowledge of the medical device industry, including regulatory requirements and healthcare market dynamics.
