Job Title: Director of Growth & Marketing Operations

Own the company’s growth engine by using data and analytics to drive decision-making, optimize funnels, and lead execution teams (callers, email, SEO, content, affiliates). Your mandate is to consistently scale funded deals at a healthy CAC.
Core Strengths Required
- Proven Growth Track Record – Able to point to past campaigns or companies where you scaled acquisition, grew revenue, or reduced CAC through analytics and optimization.
- Data Mastery – Skilled at working with large data sets in tools like LookerStudio, GA4, CRMs, and Excel/Sheets. Comfortable slicing data by channel, funnel stage, and customer segment.
- Business Analytics – Strong in modeling LTV, churn, attribution, and forecasting. Able to connect marketing data to real business outcomes.
- Team Leadership – Experienced at leading specialists (callers, SEO, email, content, affiliates) and holding them accountable without needing to execute every task yourself.
- Process Builder – Capable of designing workflows and cadences for outbound, lifecycle marketing, and reporting.
- (Bonus) Experience in financial services, lending, or fintech is a strong plus.
Responsibilities:
Data & Reporting
- Build executive dashboards showing CAC, CPL, funded loan volume, approval-to-funding conversion.
- Spot trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities weekly.
- Translate complex data into clear business insights for leadership.
Outbound & Lifecycle Marketing
- Manage two outbound callers (scripts, cadences, KPIs).
- Oversee email/SMS sequences for key funnel stages (e.g. “Plaid Not Connected”, “Approved Contract Not Signed”).
- Monitor deliverability and continuously optimize messaging.
SEO & Organic Growth
- Direct SEO/content team on keyword targets, content roadmap, and link building.
- Track SEO’s impact on lead quality and funded deals.
Growth Strategy
- Run controlled experiments (ads, landing pages, offers, outreach tactics).
- Forecast ROI and guide resource allocation (time and budget).
- Own the growth playbook to ensure processes are repeatable and scalable.
- What This Role Is Not: Not just a campaign executor — you won’t be writing every email or running every ad.
- Not a junior analyst — you’ll own growth outcomes, not just pull numbers.
