We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager with a proven track record in ground-up commercial construction. In this role, you’ll take charge of complex projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a dynamic position for a leader who excels in managing teams, budgets, and schedules while fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution:

• Oversee all aspects of project scope, budgets, schedules, permitting, and pre-construction activities.
• Develop comprehensive project plans to ensure seamless execution.

Budget Management:

• Monitor project costs, manage change orders, and approve payments to maintain financial integrity.

Schedule Oversight:

• Track project timelines, proactively address potential delays, and ensure critical milestones are met.

Quality & Safety Assurance:

• Conduct site inspections to uphold rigorous safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Client Engagement:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.

Background Profile

• 10+ years of experience managing ground-up commercial construction projects.
• Deep understanding of construction processes, building codes, and contract administration.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools.
• Exceptional ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and timelines simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
