The Manager, Presentation Design – Shift Leader oversees the daily workflow and performance of a remote team of presentation designers. This role manages project assignments, prioritizes tasks, ensures high-quality deliverables, and serves as the main point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders during their shift. Key responsibilities include triaging and assigning projects, conducting quality control, mentoring team members, managing performance reviews, recruiting and onboarding new staff, and collaborating on process improvements and helping to maintain best practices with design and branding standards. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills are essential, along with expertise in design principles and relevant software.
