About the Role: We’re seeking a Marketing Data Analyst with 1–2 years of experience to support data-driven marketing efforts in the mortgage and fintech space. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze campaign performance, uncover customer behavior insights, and help optimize marketing strategies using data.

Responsibilities:

Analyze marketing performance data (digital, CRM, lead funnels, paid media, etc.) to identify trends and performance drivers.
Assist in developing reports and dashboards that track KPIs across campaigns, channels, and customer segments.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support targeting, segmentation, and conversion analysis.
Work with customer and lead data from systems like Velocify, Total Expert, Encompass, or similar platforms.
Translate data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
Help manage data integration and quality across marketing and sales platforms.
Stay current on fintech/mortgage industry trends, compliance considerations, and consumer behavior.

Qualifications:

1–2 years of hands-on experience in a data or analytics role (internships included), preferably within a mortgage, lending, or fintech environment.
Working knowledge of SQL and Excel; exposure to BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
Familiarity with marketing data sources such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, paid media platforms, email platforms, or CRM tools.
Strong communication skills and ability to present findings to non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Data Science, Finance, or a related quantitative field.
Experience with marketing attribution or lead source analysis.
Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce, Encompass, Velocify, or similar lead management tools.
Basic understanding of the mortgage sales funnel, lead management, and customer lifecycle.
Understanding of compliance and privacy considerations in the financial services sector.
