Job Description:

Manage marketing automation platforms and CRM systems to streamline lead nurturing and improve customer engagement.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement automated marketing campaigns
• Segment audiences and personalize communication
• Integrate marketing tools and CRM systems
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize workflows

Pay Range: $67,000 - $133,000 based on experience

Experience/Qualifications/Skills:

• 4 year of director to consumer marketing experience
• Preference for direct to consumer marketing in the mortgage industry
