Job Description:
As the Social Media Manager for RATAVA, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand goals and resonates with our target audiences across various platforms. You will focus on demonstrating the unique capabilities of RATAVA's AI-driven video production. You will be working as a part of the current social media and creative team.

Proactive Outreach & Relationship Building:
- Initiate and manage direct outreach campaigns to build relationships and foster collaborations.
- Actively participate in relevant online communities and discussions to establish RATAVA as a thought leader.
- Develop and maintain a database of contacts and relationships.
- Use LinkedIn to actively find and reach out to potential B2B clients, generating leads and working closely with the sales team.
Community Cultivation & Engagement:
- Foster a vibrant and engaged online community by encouraging dialogue, responding to comments, and initiating conversations.
- Create opportunities for audience participation, such as Q&A sessions, polls, and user-generated content campaigns.
- Monitor and manage online sentiment, addressing any negative feedback or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Build a sense of belonging and loyalty among RATAVA's followers and customers.
- Create online events such as live streams, or online panels.
Strategic Partnerships & Collaborations:
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships with complementary businesses and organizations.
- Collaborate with partners on content creation, cross-promotion, and joint marketing initiatives.
- Leverage partnerships to expand RATAVA's reach and influence.
- Reach out to other companies that use AI generated video, and try to make cross promotion deals.
Client Engagement:
- Provide employees with resources and training to effectively share RATAVA's content and messaging.
- Encourage clients and partners to share and repost content that features their businesses.
- Create a system for clients to easily share content that features them.
- Actively ask clients for testimonials, and promote those testimonials.
Platform-Specific Strategies:
- Instagram:
- Establish Instagram as a showcase for RATAVA's highest quality video productions.
- Focus on visually stunning and creative content to attract followers and increase brand awareness.
- Serve as a portfolio for potential high tier clients.
- LinkedIn:
- Position RATAVA as a professional B2B communications platform.
- Drive sales through targeted outreach, collaboration, and community building.
- Work with sales team to funnels leads into CRM database converting them to clients
- Proactively engage with industry professionals to create partnerships.
- TikTok:
- Develop a strategy for creating engaging and more viral content that wouldn’t be posted on Linkedin or Instagram to generate buzz and increase followers.
- Balance expiermental content with brand integrity.
Qualifications:
- 2 years experience as a Social Media Manager
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Video editing and content creation skills, with Davinci Resolve Studio or Adobe Premiere Pro
- Ability to develop and execute effective social media strategies.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for innovation.
- Understanding of AI technology and its application in creative industries.
- Ability to work with teams across multiple departments.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with social media management tools such as loom and google sheets.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and advertising.
- Graphic design skills with figma, canva, or adobe.
- Video editing skills with Davinic Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
- Knowledge of current video AI tools such as Kling, Runway, Midjourney, etc.

Compensation
- $20-30/hour depending on skills, experience, and creativity
- Beginning at a 3 month contract and going full time after an evaluation.
