Job Summary
We seek a highly skilled and experienced Media Manager to oversee our paid media campaigns across various platforms including Meta Ads, Tiktok Ads, Google Search Ads, LinkedIn Ads, other paid social media, Amazon, and other marketplace ads including programmatic and Display Ads. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of digital advertising strategies, and the ability to optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI. Agency experience is a must.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies across Meta, Google Search, LinkedIn, other social media platforms, Amazon, and other marketplaces including programmatic and display ads.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the digital advertising landscape.
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align advertising strategies with overall marketing goals and brand messaging.
Campaign Management:
Set up, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Search, LinkedIn, Tiktok other paid social platforms (Twitter, etc.), Amazon, and other marketplaces including programmatic and display ads.
Monitor daily performance metrics to understand performance trends and make data-driven decisions.
Conduct A/B tests to assess the effectiveness of different campaign strategies and creatives.
Optimization & Reporting:
Continuously optimize campaigns for key performance metrics including click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and overall ROI.
Generate and present detailed performance reports to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Utilize analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite) to track, measure, and report on campaign performance.
Budget Management:
Manage and allocate advertising budgets across various platforms to ensure cost-effective spending and maximize return on investment.
Forecast and report on budget spending and performance, making adjustments as necessary.
Collaboration & Communication:
Work closely with cross-functional teams including content, design, product, and sales to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
Maintain strong relationships with external partners, vendors, and platform representatives.
