We are looking for a highly creative Illustrator / Graphic Designer to join our team in Tashkent.

About the role

This role is mainly focused on creating unique illustrations and visual ideas for T-shirts and creative products.

We are not looking for someone who only copies references or creates basic decorative graphics. We need someone with a strong eye, original thinking, good taste, and the ability to learn fast.

The right person should be curious, sharp, trend-aware, and able to create illustrations that feel fresh, memorable, and different.

Responsibilities

- Create original illustrations and graphic ideas for T-shirts and creative products

- Develop unique visual concepts based on briefs, trends, and brand directions

- Follow design, fashion, illustration, kidswear, streetwear, and marketplace trends

- Turn references and ideas into original artwork, not copies

- Create strong compositions with good color, shape, character, and style

- Work quickly, learn fast, and improve through feedback

- Explore different illustration styles and creative directions

- Prepare clean digital files for product use

Requirements

- Strong illustration skills

- A creative portfolio with original work

- Good taste in color, composition, characters, and visual storytelling

- Ability to follow trends and understand what feels fresh or outdated

- Fast learner with strong attention to detail

- Ability to create unique ideas, not just execute instructions

- Good skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Procreate, or similar tools

- Interest in T-shirt design, creative products, fashion, kidswear, or print-on-demand

Nice to have

- Experience with T-shirt graphics, character design, kidswear, streetwear, or merchandise

- Understanding of print-ready artwork

- Ability to work in different styles

- Interest in building new creative brands and collections
