Customer Facing Data Scientist (CFDS)

Who We Are Looking For:

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with strong fundamentals in applied data science for a business setting and who shall enjoy evangelizing data science solutions to business stakeholders. This will be a customer facing role.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Interact directly with customers to design and develop machine learning applications and solutions based on the RapidCanvas platform
• Conduct and manage data science projects with customer’s vision of success in mind in collaboration with their data science teams
• Build a long-term trusted relationship with the customer so that the customers can be led towards success
• Understand and empathize with customers’ pain points of building AI solutions
• Solve various problems for clients, making an impact across various domains and industries such as Banking, Insurance, Finance, Health, e-commerce, Marketing, Oil & Gas.
• Be the face of the company and our AI/ML expertise, directly interfacing with our partners around the globe (together with sales team)
• Understand the market horizon for innovations in data science and utilize those to solve customer problems.
• Become an expert on the RapidCanvas platform and associated tools to teach, enable and support our customers in building their own applications.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Engineers, Product, to design customer’s solutions.
• You will be working in a fast-paced environment alongside accomplished engineering, product and data science team members.

Key Skills Required:

• 5 - 10 years of experience solving complex data problems using Machine Learning.
• Expert in ML modeling and Python coding.
• Customer-Facing Skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills; proven ability to partner with enterprise stakeholders.
• Preferred prior experience in AI services industry or startup environments; domain experience in finance, is a plus.
• Generative AI: Applied experience building LLM-based solutions(is a plus) and generative workflows.
