Position Summary:
Our partner, a growing streaming and marketing optimization product company, is looking to add a Marketing Analyst to its team. You will play a pivotal role in transforming the company’s marketing efforts, by tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) from email marketing, social media advertising, and other campaigns. You will focus on integrating this data to build insightful reports, identify opportunities for improvement in marketing efforts, and provide actionable insights to drive strategic decisions that will enhance subscriber retention and acquisition. The ideal candidate for this opportunity will be resourceful, proactive, and capable of conducting market research to enhance marketing strategies.
Experience and Education:
- Bachelor or higher degree in Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in marketing analysis or a related role.
- Experience in entertainment and/or media streaming industries.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Track, analyze, and report on key marketing KPIs across multiple campaigns and channels.
- Connect and integrate data sources into dashboards and reporting tools for streamlined performance monitoring.
- Deliver clear, actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to support marketing strategy and decision-making.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and new ideas.
- Collaborate with CRM and content teams to analyze customer behavior, journeys, and funnel performance.
- Monitor email marketing, newsletters, and social media campaign effectiveness.
- Highlight underperforming areas and optimization gaps, proactively suggesting improvements.
- Maintain and update data visualization tools and ensure accuracy and clarity across reports.
- Stay informed on industry trends, especially within entertainment and streaming, to guide analysis and reporting.
