UX Designer - FinTech

Ideally looking for someone that has Financial Technology and/or Financial Services industry experience.

Start: 3-4 weeks from date of offer - background check and fingerprinting

Location: Remote- EST hours

Length of Contract: 6-15 months

Hourly Pay: 70-75 per hour

W2 Contract Only

Project UX team: this is 10th person

Broader program team: 100+

User audience: ~150 (frequent user research opportunities!)

What is your team’s primary function:

Working on a internal tech modernization project; the users are internal employees serving intermediary clients (financial ops middle men), who help move trillions in financial transactions. Ensuring that complex operations tasks are intuitive: processing transactions, making corrections, setting up client accounts, onboarding client accounts, viewing contracts, etc.

Modernizing an outdated tech stack.

Ideally looking for people that are T-shaped and have user research experience

Musts:

Sr. UX Designer

Strong background working with users, product managers, and front-end developers

Plus:

FinTech experience - building / modernizing internal applications
