We are seeking a Senior Regional Marketing Manager - LATAM with strong expertise in demand generation and account-based marketing to drive revenue growth across the Latin American region. Key Responsibilities:

Own strategic vision, planning, and execution of LATAM regional marketing plans to create new opportunities, build executive relationships, and impact revenue growth.
Deliver cohesive regional marketing programs including events (online and offline), paid media, social media, and partner co-marketing by customizing and deploying the LATAM Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy.
Regularly communicate and gain buy-in from key stakeholders to build a comprehensive marketing program roadmap for LATAM.
Collaborate closely with the Partner team to build and execute joint marketing strategies that support individual partnerships in-region.
Work closely with the sales and inside sales teams to deliver customized pipeline generation programs.
Build and manage the execution of pipeline-generating virtual and in-person field events (roundtables, meetups, workshops, executive dinners) in LATAM.
Identify opportunities to incorporate global brand and demand programs and drive scalability in regional demand generation efforts.
Track and manage the regional marketing budget, developing ROI and performance measurements for demand generation programs, and reporting results to leadership.
Create, execute, and monitor a comprehensive follow-up strategy for each campaign, managing the entire lifecycle marketing program, end-to-end.
Travel to select regions to provide onsite support for events as needed.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant career experience.
6+ years of marketing experience with a focus on regional and field/demand generation marketing.
Proven experience in field/demand generation marketing in LATAM.
Business-level fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
Ability to pivot strategies as needed to support sales teams in meeting or exceeding pipeline and revenue targets.
Skilled in managing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs and implementing demand generation and integrated marketing strategies.
Experience working with globally distributed teams, adapting global assets for local needs, and collaborating with geographically dispersed vendors.
Strong communicator with the ability to convey complex ideas and data to diverse audiences in written, spoken, and presentation formats.
Highly motivated, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and adaptable to changing market and organizational needs.

Nice to have:

Proficient in marketing automation, web analytics, business intelligence tools, and budget management.
Experience in partner marketing, particularly with large global advisory and consulting firms.
Familiarity with end-to-end event operations and experience working with top-level executives and speakers.
