■Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership to a multinational and primarily full remote engineering team to design new features and enhance existing features.
Advise the leadership team on key technology and product roadmap considerations
Work with the product team to prioritize roadmap initiatives and be involved in the product ideation process
Continually drive our engineering standards (code reuse, documentation, testing, etc.) and levels of service forward
Take high-level business requirements and develop the technical details behind them
Uphold high standards for engineering and product quality and mentor team members to do the same
Technical mentor to the growing engineering team

【求められる経験・スキル / Required Experience And Skills】

■Required

Business-level English
7+ years of software engineering experience, 3+ years of technical leadership experience
Proven experience as a team lead or similar leadership role
Excellent communication skills to lead teams and interact with stakeholders
Deep understanding of software engineering best practices
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
Experience working with PostgreSQL or similar relational database
Familiarity with container technology
Comfortable picking up new technologies
