Digital Marketing Manager

Role Overview
Rancho BioSciences is seeking a hands-on, strategic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital presence and demand generation initiatives. This role is ideal for an experienced marketer who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
You will be an individual contributor from day one-directly managing our website, campaigns, and marketing platforms-while laying the groundwork to build and lead a small, high-performing team as our marketing function scales.
You should be comfortable balancing strategy and execution, maintaining quality under pressure, and taking full ownership for results.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Strategy & Execution
- Develop, execute, and optimize Rancho's digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals, target personas, and campaign priorities.
- Manage and integrate all digital channels-including website, SEO/GEO, SEM, paid media, email marketing, webinars, and social-into a cohesive demand generation engine.
- Website Ownership & Optimization
- Oversee Rancho's website (HubSpot CMS), ensuring it is optimized for UX, SEO/GEO, and lead conversion.
- Independently edit, upload, and update content and landing pages without relying on external developers.
- Manage content updates, analytics tagging, and technical enhancements.
- Collaborate with design and development partners to deliver an engaging, science-driven digital experience.
- Marketing Technology & Operations
- Own and optimize HubSpot Marketing Hub for campaign automation, lead scoring, segmentation, and reporting.
- Ensure data integrity across HubSpot, Salesforce CRM, and integrated tools.
- Track campaign attribution and maintain GDPR/CCPA compliance.
- Content Distribution & Social Media
- Plan and execute organic and paid content promotion to maximize reach and engagement.
- Manage targeted LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns focused on life sciences and B2B decision-makers.
- Oversee Rancho's social media channels, ensuring consistent tone, messaging, and visual identity.
- Campaign Management & Analytics
- Plan, launch, and measure multi-touch campaigns to drive lead generation, nurturing, and brand visibility.
- Monitor KPIs (traffic, conversions, lead quality, cost per lead) and optimize campaigns based on insights.
- Present monthly performance dashboards with actionable recommendations.
