About Rampd
Rampd is a high-velocity growth consultancy built for early-stage tech and SaaS founders who refuse to leave revenue to chance. Founded by Darren Lucia, one of the leading minds in GTM and sales for startups, Rampd is the go-to partner for some of the most disruptive companies in the U.S., including many Y Combinator-backed startups.
We're the best of the best when it comes to sales consultancy and sales training. We engineer predictable, scalable go-to-market systems, and we expect excellence at every turn.
Our campaigns are sharp, conversion-obsessed, and built to generate pipeline, not vanity metrics. We move fast, test relentlessly, and win consistently.
We're looking for a Meta Ads Specialist who doesn't just run campaigns. You own outcomes. You're hungry to outperform, fluent in the data, and obsessed with finding the winning angle.
What You'll Own
This isn't a "set it and forget it" role. You'll take full ownership of our Meta ads ecosystem: strategy, execution, optimization, and results.
Your responsibilities:
- Campaign architecture: Build, launch, and optimize ad campaigns that align with revenue goals and ICP targeting.
- Audience strategy: Identify and segment high-intent audiences that convert, not just click.
- Ad copy: Write compelling, conversion-first copy that drives action.
- Creative testing: Collaborate with designers and video editors to test new angles, hooks, and formats.
- A/B testing: Run rigorous tests on creative, copy, and targeting to maximize ROI.
- Budget management: Allocate and scale spend efficiently while maintaining strong ROAS. You'll be managing ad spends of $10,000–$50,000 per month.
- Conversion tracking: Set up and manage pixels, custom events, and tracking infrastructure with precision.
- Attribution mastery: Use Hyros and Segmetrics to track multi-touch attribution, identify true revenue drivers, and connect ad spend directly to pipeline outcomes.
- Performance reporting: Deliver weekly performance reports with clear recommendations and next steps.
- Bidding & scaling: Manage bid strategies, optimize for CPA, and implement proven scaling frameworks.
What You Bring
You're not learning Meta ads. You've already mastered them. You know what works, what doesn't, and how to find out fast.
Requirements:
- 5+ years managing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad accounts with real budget and real stakes.
- Comfortable managing $10,000–$50,000+ monthly ad spend with confidence and precision.
- You can show measurable impact on CPL, ROAS, conversion volume, and pipeline contribution.
- Deep knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, pixel setup, CAPI, and tracking infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with Hyros and Segmetrics (or similar multi-touch attribution platforms).
- You live in dashboards, love testing hypotheses, and make decisions based on performance, not opinions.
- You write ads that convert, not just sound clever.
- You've run direct-response campaigns (VSLs, lead forms, quiz funnels, etc.) and know what drives action.
- You can translate performance data into clear insights for creative, marketing, and leadership teams.
- Experience with Lookalike Audiences, retargeting strategies, and scaling frameworks.
Who Thrives Here
Rampd is a small, high-performance team. We don't tolerate mediocrity, and we don't waste time on politics or fluff.
You'll fit perfectly if you are:
- You're driven by results, not comfort. You want to win, and you want to improve every week.
- You love the data. You test, learn, and optimize relentlessly.
- When campaigns underperform, you don't make excuses. You dig in, find the problem, and fix it.
- You don't wait to be told what's broken. You spot it, solve it, and raise the bar.
- You constantly bring fresh ideas for angles, audiences, and funnels.
- Clean setups, accurate tracking, and flawless reporting aren't optional. They're baseline.
- You care about revenue and pipeline, not impressions or clicks.
