Senior Full Stack Engineer React /.NET

JOB DESCRIPTION

This is a remote position for a Senior Software Engineer with deep experience in healthcare interoperability, specifically React and .NET, and strong expertise across the Microsoft technology stack. The role requires hands-on experience in React, .NET Core, SQL, Web Services, along with Git and DevOps tools.

The Senior React Engineer will play a key role in architecture decisions, integration strategy, and cross-team collaboration, while continuing to be an individual contributor. This role requires the ability to think strategically, mentor others, and deliver resilient, compliant solutions in a complex healthcare ecosystem.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

• Lead and participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from ideation and architecture through implementation, deployment, and long-term support.
• Design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade applications and integration services supporting React and .NET Core in high-volume healthcare environments.
• Serve as a technical authority for healthcare data in React Frontend while debugging into the back-end .NET Core APIs with SQL databases,
• Architect and develop scalable React Apps with secure web services.
• Ensure interoperability with external partners, payers, providers, and vendors while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Collaborate with product management, business stakeholders, and operations to translate complex healthcare requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Establish and enforce coding standards, integration patterns, and best practices across the team.
• Proactively identify performance, scalability, security, and reliability risks and drive mitigation strategies.
• Working with Git Hub source control and CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps.
• Actively participate in production releases, deployments, monitoring, and incident resolution.
• Manage multiple priorities while contributing to roadmap planning and technical strategy.
• Participate in customer, partner, and internal stakeholder meetings as a senior technical representative.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 10+ years of experience designing, building, and supporting enterprise applications and integration platforms.
• Strong hands-on experience with React and React Libraries.
• Experience designing and implementing React Apps, including web and single page applications where performance is critical for scaling up with new clients.
• Proven experience architecting mission-critical, high-availability systems handling large data volumes and high transaction throughput.
• Expert-level experience with React and modern web application development.
• 3 years of .NET Core / ASP.NET, C#, ability to debug between React and Back end.
• Strong experience with React and modern front-end development practices.
• Extensive experience with Web Services, XML, JSON, and API integration patterns.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-aware development.
• Strong experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Solid experience with SQL Databases and working knowledge of NoSQL databases a plus.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies in a mature engineering organization.
• Experience in healthcare, regulated environments, or compliance-driven systems is strongly preferred.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Excellent computer skills and a proven ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality and follow-through.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive and regulated healthcare information.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively across diverse teams and environments.
