Rajdevi Collection is looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence and strengthen our brand across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, publishing, and optimising engaging content that increases brand awareness, drives customer engagement, and supports online sales.
Working closely with the marketing, design, photography, and e-commerce teams, the Social Media Manager will develop and execute content strategies aligned with business goals while maintaining a consistent brand voice. This role requires creativity, strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a passion for fashion, digital marketing, and emerging social media trends.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms.
- Create compelling captions, reels, stories, videos, and promotional campaigns that reflect the Rajdevi Collection brand.
- Maintain a consistent brand identity and tone across all social media channels.
- Manage the social media content calendar and ensure timely publishing of content.
- Monitor, respond to, and engage with customer comments, messages, and online communities professionally.
- Collaborate with photographers, graphic designers, and marketing team members to produce high-quality visual content.
- Coordinate and execute seasonal campaigns, product launches, promotional events, and influencer collaborations.
- Manage and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and other advertising platforms.
- Track campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare regular reports with actionable insights.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates to identify new growth opportunities.
- Analyze audience behavior and implement strategies to improve reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversion rates.
- Ensure all content aligns with company branding, marketing objectives, and current social media best practices.
- Assist in developing creative marketing ideas to support both online and offline campaigns.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve marketing and sales goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketing Executive, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and other major social media platforms.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, Meta Ads Manager, and social media scheduling tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Nepali.
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content creation abilities.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and generate performance reports.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Passion for fashion, e-commerce, branding, and digital marketing.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing fashion, retail, or e-commerce brands.
- Knowledge of influencer marketing and affiliate marketing.
- Experience with Google Analytics and SEO fundamentals.
- Understanding of current social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Photography or videography skills are an added advantage.
