PLEASE NOTE: This is not a junior or execution-only marketing role. We are looking for an experienced B2B marketer who can independently lead content and event marketing for the US insurance and insurtech space.
About Us
Radity is a Zurich-based software engineering and consulting company working globally with clients in the United States. We specialize in the insurance and insurtech sectors, providing system integration (SI) services, developing digital distribution solutions such as portals and similar platforms, building enterprise integrations, and offering staff augmentation. Our team delivers innovative solutions that help insurance companies and technology firms modernize and scale.
As we expand our presence in the US insurance market, we are seeking an experienced Fractional Marketing Manager to take ownership of content marketing, event marketing, and strategic growth initiatives.
Your Role
You will serve as our fractional marketing lead, managing and executing core marketing activities with a focus on:
- Content Marketing: Develop and oversee a content strategy including blog posts, whitepapers, LinkedIn content, and case studies.
- Event Marketing: Identify and manage opportunities for event participation, sponsorships, or partnerships.
- Thought Leadership: Collaborate with leadership to promote Radity’s expertise in insurance technology.
- Channel Strategy: Advise on and test additional marketing channels where appropriate, such as email marketing and webinars.
- Tooling and Analytics: Set up and monitor basic marketing analytics and lead tracking.
This is a hands-on role where you will execute campaigns, not just design strategy.
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum five years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in technology, SaaS, or the insurance/insurtech industry.
- Strong familiarity with the US insurance market (property & casualty, MGAs, insurtech, or related sectors).
- Proven ability to independently manage content and event marketing initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote-first environment and collaborating directly with company leadership.
Preferred but not required
- Experience working with small or growing technology companies where adaptability and broad responsibilities were required.
- Familiarity with managing LinkedIn campaigns and using CRM tools such as Pipedrive or similar.
What We Offer
- Flexible, part-time consultant arrangement (starting with approximately 10–20 hours per week, scalable based on results).
- Full ownership of the marketing function with the opportunity to shape both strategy and execution.
- Remote-first collaboration with an experienced and agile team.
- Potential for the role to grow as the company expands.
How to Apply
If you are an experienced, proactive marketer who can take full ownership of our marketing efforts and help expand our presence in the US insurance sector, we encourage you to apply.
Please answer the pre-screening questions carefully. We value applicants who are attentive and detail-oriented.
