As the company continues to grow, we are seeking a senior marketing leader who can help position Radin as a trusted technology partner within the radiology ecosystem.

Position Overview

Radin is seeking a Senior Director of Marketing & Strategy to lead the company’s marketing initiatives and support the growth of its radiology technology platform.

This leader will be responsible for developing clear market positioning, building demand generation programs, supporting sales and partnership initiatives, and strengthening the company’s visibility across the healthcare technology landscape.

The ideal candidate combines strong product marketing, growth marketing, and strategic positioning experience within healthcare technology or SaaS environments.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Positioning

Develop and execute Radin’s marketing strategy aligned with revenue growth, product adoption, and market expansion.

Define differentiated messaging and value propositions for radiology practices, imaging centers, and hospital systems.

Product & Content Marketing

Lead initiatives that position Radin as a credible and innovative technology partner within radiology.

Develop high-value marketing content including:

  • White papers
  • Case studies
  • Solution overviews
  • Webinars and educational resources
  • Sales enablement materials

Translate complex technical workflows into clear and compelling messaging for healthcare audiences.

Demand Generation & Pipeline Development

Develop marketing programs that drive qualified pipeline growth.

Lead digital marketing initiatives, content campaigns, webinars, and targeted industry outreach.

Establish lead tracking, campaign reporting, and marketing analytics.

Conference Strategy

Plan and execute Radin’s presence at major radiology and healthcare conferences including:

  • Messaging and product positioning
  • Demonstrations and booth strategy
  • Marketing campaigns and follow-up initiatives
  • Speaking opportunities for leadership

Marketing Infrastructure

Develop the marketing foundation required to support long-term growth, including:

  • Website strategy and digital presence
  • Marketing automation and CRM alignment
  • Campaign measurement and analytics
  • Sales enablement support

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years of marketing leadership experience
  • Experience in healthcare technology, SaaS, health IT, or radiology technology
  • Strong background in product marketing, demand generation, and market positioning
  • Experience translating complex technology solutions into clear customer value
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales and partnership development
  • Ability to operate in a growth-stage technology company
