Position Summary:
The Sales & Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing strategic selling materials, category insights, and marketing tools that support Radienz Living’s core category capabilities. This role plays a critical part in driving revenue growth and enhancing brand visibility across multiple channels.
Location: Any major U.S. city, ideally within a 3-hour drive from Chicago or New York
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue & EBITDA Growth: Lead initiatives to achieve top-line revenue growth aligned with company financial goals, including gross margin and EBITDA targets.
- National Sales Support: Develop persuasive sales presentations enriched with category, customer, and industry insights to support the sales team in securing new business.
- Data Analytics & Insights: Analyze syndicated data to identify market trends, competitive activity, and new opportunities. Translate findings into actionable strategies and risk mitigation plans.
- Trade Show Management: Partner with the VP of Sales to plan and execute trade show strategies, including vendor coordination, budget oversight, and booth design to maximize ROI and lead generation.
- Marketing Collateral Development: Create high-impact marketing materials such as social media content, brochures, email campaigns, and sell sheets to drive brand awareness and business development.
- Product Catalog Maintenance: Collaborate with operations and R&D teams to maintain a current and accurate product catalog, streamlining the sales process with clear product specifications and pricing.
- Customer Bid Support: Assist sales leadership in preparing and submitting accurate, timely bid packages to retail customers.
Performance Metrics:
- Achievement of revenue and EBITDA targets

Qualifications:
- Proven success in developing sales presentations backed by data-driven insights
- Expertise in analyzing syndicated data (e.g., Nielsen, IRI) to inform strategy
- Strong project management skills in trade show execution and vendor coordination
- Experience creating diverse marketing materials across digital and print platforms
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with operations, finance, and R&D
- Detail-oriented catalog management skills, ensuring pricing and product accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills, particularly with bid documentation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM platforms
- Experience with graphic design and marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field required; MBA preferred
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development, with a track record of revenue growth and strategic execution
Technical & Software Skills:
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint capabilities
- CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Syndicated data platforms (e.g., Nielsen, IRI)
- Graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Social media platforms for content creation and brand engagement
- ERP systems knowledge for catalog and inventory management
Compensation:
Salary Range: $135,000 – $142,000
This range is an estimate based on candidate qualifications, education, experience, operational needs, and applicable legal considerations.
