Strategic Collaboration: Partner with sales teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with brand and business objectives across Mass, Club, and Automotive customer segments.
Campaign Leadership: Lead and participate in key customer planning meetings, presentations, tradeshows, and training sessions to drive brand awareness and product promotion.
Budget Management: Oversee and manage trade marketing budgets for Mass, Club, and Automotive channels, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization.
Creative Development: Assist in the creation of marketing materials, including flyers and other collateral, to support promotional activities.
Market Analysis: Conduct research to understand consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on campaign performance, budget expenditures, and market insights to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in marketing, with a preference for experience in retail marketing.
Skills: Strong analytical, project management, time management, collaboration, and communication skills.
Independence: Ability to work autonomously, taking ownership of responsibilities and driving decisions with a high degree of accountability.
Collaboration: Experience working in a matrix organization, fostering collaboration across functions and business units.
