• Experience with XML, the file system including DIRECTIO, message format conversion, writing application test drivers and using the SOCKETSUPPORT library are plusses.
• We are looking for experienced (3 openings) Unisys ALGOL / DCALGOL developers to assist a financial sector client with the maintenance, modernization and testing of their application.
• The contract is for one year and the applicant will work full time with the client’s development team.
• The successful applicant should have at least 10 years of experience developing ALGOL (or NEWP) on Unisys ClearPath MCP systems.
• They must be familiar with using WFL and developing and testing applications using COMS, MARC, WEB ENABLER and PROGRAMMERS WORKBENCH.
• They must have strong attention to detail, problem solving and resolution skills, and the ability to write production quality code.
• Ability to communicate effectively with their peers yet work with minimal supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $81.48 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
