At RadarFirst, we’re empowering organizations to make smart, confident decisions in a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape. We're looking for a strategic yet hands-on Product Marketing Manager who is passionate about innovation, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is excited to help us scale our impact across a fast-evolving, regulated market. If you’re energized by connecting products to people through compelling narratives and go-to-market precision, we’d love to meet you.
This role blends creative product storytelling with strong cross-functional execution. You’ll play a pivotal role in connecting what we build to how we position, launch, and grow it in the market. You’ll also leverage AI-driven marketing tools and experimental approaches to surface insights, test messaging, and scale engagement. Ideal candidates will bring a balance of technical curiosity, customer empathy, and a deep commitment to driving value through purposeful innovation.
This position can be based out of our HQ in Portland, OR, or remote from anywhere in the U.S.
Essential Responsibilities & Duties:

Build and deliver differentiated narratives and launch strategies that translate product capabilities into market-ready messaging.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure technical accuracy and credibility in messaging.
Apply innovative GTM tactics and lean experimentation frameworks to amplify launch impact.
Drive Adoption and Customer Value

Manage enablement materials, onboarding content, and campaign strategies that support the full adoption lifecycle.
Analyze adoption data and usage trends to continuously refine positioning and growth efforts.
Experiment with AI-enabled customer segmentation, onboarding content, or messaging optimization tools to improve adoption velocity.
Bridge Insights with Product Strategy
Engage directly with customers, Sales, CS, and Onboarding teams to surface real-world insights.
Shape product messaging and roadmap input using feedback from strategic accounts and high-impact use cases.
Use field input and AI-powered tools (e.g., call summaries, sentiment analysis, voice-of-the-customer) to shape messaging and guide roadmap influence.
Support demo strategy and represent products at customer briefings, launch events, and innovation sessions.
Develop Messaging & Enable Internal Teams
Develop and maintain compelling, persona-driven messaging frameworks that evolve with the market and reflect technical product depth.
Shape full-funnel content and in-market messaging that aligns with target personas, use cases, and product value propositions.
Develop and scale sales enablement tools, including pitch decks, battlecards, ROI calculators, and objection handling guides, to equip cross-functional teams.
Leverage AI-driven tools to streamline content development, validate message resonance, and extract actionable customer insights.
Lead internal activation efforts to align and enable Sales, Presales, CS, and Onboarding teams.
Lead with Purpose and Market Awareness
Deliver product-focused thought leadership at events, customer sessions, and with analysts.
Identify emerging trends, strategic partnership opportunities, or whitespace through both market research and AI-enhanced competitive intelligence tools.
