About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on, independent Growth Marketing Manager with a proven track record in B2B SaaS lead generation and product marketing. This role requires a strategic thinker and strong executor who can own and drive digital marketing, content creation, and product positioning—from strategy to execution.
You will be responsible for demand generation, online marketing, content strategy, and product marketing, ensuring that our brand messaging and marketing initiatives drive measurable growth. If you have successfully scaled B2B SaaS lead generation through SEO, paid campaigns, website optimization, automation, online and offline events, social media, and content, and have experience positioning SaaS products effectively, we’d love to hear from you.
Experience in a startup environment is a plus, as we need someone comfortable with a fast-paced, dynamic setting who can execute independently and adapt quickly.
Key Responsibilities
Online Marketing & Lead Generation
- Develop and execute full-funnel digital marketing campaigns across paid and organic channels.
- Continuously optimize landing pages, messaging, and conversion funnels through A/B testing.
- Implement marketing automation, lead nurturing, and email workflows to move leads through the funnel.
- Track and analyze performance using GA4, Looker Studio, CRM data, and marketing automation tools to improve marketing ROI.
Content & SEO Strategy
- Develop and execute a content marketing strategy that aligns with lead generation and brand positioning goals.
- Create and oversee high-impact content including:
- Blog posts, video scripts, solution cards, whitepapers, social media content, case studies, landing pages, email sequences, and ad copy.
- Continuously update an SEO roadmap, execute keyword strategies, and optimize content for organic traffic growth.
- Ensure content is effectively distributed across LinkedIn, industry forums, newsletters, and other relevant channels to maximize reach.
Product Marketing & Positioning
- Develop messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for new and existing SaaS features.
- Work closely with engineering and sales teams to craft compelling narratives that highlight product value and differentiation.
- Create and optimize sales enablement materials, product pages, and solution overviews that align with customer pain points.
- Conduct competitive research and customer insights analysis to refine messaging and positioning.
- Ensure that all marketing initiatives clearly communicate the unique value proposition of our products.
Marketing Automation & Funnel Optimization
- Implement and manage ActiveCampaign to improve lead qualification and scoring.
- Optimize email marketing, nurture sequences, and remarketing strategies to enhance lead conversion.
- Segment audiences based on engagement, intent signals, and lead scoring to personalize campaigns.

- Experience promoting solutions to engineers – You have marketed to engineering audiences and know how to communicate value to technical professionals.
- Proven collaboration with engineers – You have worked closely with technical teams to create effective messaging.
