Position Summary
The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will lead the execution of digital campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. Key responsibilities include managing social media channels, executing paid media campaigns, optimizing website performance, leading SEO strategy, and overseeing our CRM system.
Essential Functions
- Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies across paid, owned, and earned channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, email, social media, display, and content marketing).
- Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.) to maximize ROI and lead generation.
- Oversee website performance and user experience, including SEO strategy, content updates, and conversion rate optimization.
- Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and performance tracking.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar platforms; provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with content, design, sales, and product teams to align messaging and ensure brand consistency.
- Stay current on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to continuously improve strategy and execution.
- Own the configuration and optimization of CRM for campaign execution, lead nurturing, and reporting, including the design and implementation of automated workflows, segmentation strategies, and ABM campaigns.

Education & Licensing
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business, or a similar field or experience in lieu of degree required.
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns, required.
- Proficiency in digital tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz), email marketing platforms, and CMS systems, required.
- Proven expertise in HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms, required.
- Deep understanding of SEO/SEM, social media strategy, and website optimization, required.
- Experience in B2B or professional services marketing, preferred.
- Background in managing brand consistency across internal and external channels, preferred.
- Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies, preferred.
Physical Work Requirements
Work is generally sedentary in nature but may require standing and walking for up to 10% of the time. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available.
The starting pay range for this position is $59,115 - 66,250 per year. The position’s pay range represents the national average pay for similar roles. R3 considers factors such as (but not limited to) experience, internal pay equity and other business considerations when extending an offer.
