We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to drive visual storytelling and elevate our brand presence across digital channels. This role will play a critical part in content amplification, brand building, and pipeline generation by creating high-impact, conversion-driven design assets. You will work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to design compelling visuals that support campaigns, improve user experience, and strengthen brand consistency.
JOB OVERVIEW:
Creative Design & Content Amplification
● Design a wide range of marketing assets including:
● Emailers, PDFs, flipbooks, one-pagers
● Social media creatives, infographics, GIFs, and short videos
● eBooks, whitepapers, blogs, and success stories
● Create visually engaging assets to amplify content reach and drive organic traffic
Campaign & Marketing Design
● Design assets for:
● Case studies and customer success stories
● Webinar campaigns (graphics, banners, landing visuals)
● Blog graphics and social media promotion
● Create high-converting landing pages, CTAs, email templates, and digital ads to support
pipeline generation
Website & UX Design
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to:
● Improve website navigation, layout, and user experience
● Redesign web pages and landing pages for better engagement and conversions
● Contribute to website mockups, UI improvements, and ongoing optimization
Branding & Visual Identity
● Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across all design assets
● Ensure consistency in visual identity across platforms and campaigns
● Stay updated with design trends, competitor activity, and industry benchmarks
Collaboration & Process Optimization
● Work closely with marketing and content teams to:
● Plan and execute design timelines aligned with campaigns
● Streamline design workflows to improve efficiency and reduce back-and-forth
● Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions for campaigns, social strategy, and product
marketing
Cross-Functional & Internal Support
● Support internal design needs including:
● Email signatures, stationery, and branding assets
● New hire requirements and internal communications
● Assist teams with design requirements for ongoing projects and initiatives
Data-Driven Design
● Use data and performance metrics to:
● Continuously improve campaign performance through iterative design
Key Requirements
● 6–10+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in B2B SaaS or tech environments
● Strong portfolio showcasing marketing, branding, and digital design work
● Expertise in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Canva
● Experience in website design, landing pages, and UI/UX principles
● Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics is a plus
● Strong understanding of branding, typography, and visual storytelling
● Experience working with marketing and growth teams
