WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Growth Strategy & Demand Generation:
● Develop and execute a data-driven growth strategy across the entire customer funnel — awareness, acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
● Own demand generation programs across paid, organic, SEO, content syndication, partnerships, and outbound support initiatives. Partner closely with Sales and RevOps to drive high-quality MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline contributions.
● Design and run A/B tests and growth experiments to continuously optimize conversion rates across channels.
● Identify new growth opportunities through market research, customer insights, and funnel analytics.
Performance Marketing & Channel Ownership
● Own and scale performance marketing programs, including paid search, paid social, display,
retargeting, review platforms, and marketplaces.
● Manage budgets, forecasting, ROI modeling, and performance optimization.
● Lead SEO and content-led growth initiatives in partnership with Content and Product Marketing
teams.
● Build and optimize conversion funnels across landing pages, website, email journeys, and product onboarding.
Lifecycle Marketing & Funnel Optimization
● Own lifecycle marketing programs across lead nurturing, onboarding, activation, upsell, cross-sell, and retention.
● Develop and execute automated workflows using marketing automation platforms.
Optimize trial and freemium conversion funnels (if applicable).
● Partner with Customer Success to improve product adoption, engagement, and renewal rates.
Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
● Own growth reporting dashboards and KPIs including CAC, LTV, MQL → SQL → Customer conversion rates, pipeline coverage, and ROI.
● Analyze funnel performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
● Establish a structured experimentation and growth optimization framework.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
● 9+ years of experience in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing roles within B2B SaaS companies targeting the US market.
● Proven track record of driving revenue-impacting growth initiatives.
● Deep expertise in marketing automation, CRM, analytics, and performance marketing platforms such as HubSpot / Marketo, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Segment, Amplitude, Mixpanel, and paid media platforms.
● Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in A/B testing, CRO, funnel optimization, and
attribution modeling.
● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
● Experience in PLG (Product-Led Growth) motion and trial-based SaaS models.
● Background in high-growth startup or scale-up environments.
● Experience in account-based marketing (ABM) and enterprise sales support.
● Familiarity with RevOps alignment and GTM optimization frameworks.
REPORTING: This position will report to the Chief Revenue Officer or assigned Manager within the Department.
