We’re seeking a Senior Manager, Shopify & Performance Marketing to own strategy, execution, and optimization across all direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels. This role will lead paid media, lifecycle marketing, and creative optimization to drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value across our branded sites.
What You’ll Do
- Lead multi-channel performance marketing across paid social, search/Shopping, display, influencer, affiliate, email, and SMS.
- Own the DTC P&L, managing budgets, forecasting, and channel performance to maximize ROI.
- Build and optimize customer lifecycle programs — acquisition, retention, win-back, and loyalty — to grow repeat rate and LTV.
- Partner with creative, eCommerce, and brand teams to align campaigns with promotions and product launches.
- Oversee A/B testing, analytics, and reporting, translating insights into clear actions.
- Manage and mentor internal team members and agency partners to high standards of delivery and continuous improvement.
- Evaluate and evolve our Shopify-based marketing tech stack, ensuring best practices in measurement, automation, and attribution.
Who You Are
- 7+ years of DTC or eCommerce growth experience.
- Proven success managing multi-channel paid media and lifecycle marketing at scale.
- Strong grasp of key metrics — CAC, CVR, ROAS, LTV, cohort analysis — and how to act on them.
- Hands-on familiarity with Shopify, analytics tools, marketing automation, and attribution platforms.
- Analytical, creative, and collaborative — able to lead both strategy and execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA a plus.
